Track and Wall Sawing
Wall sawing employs a diamond blade on the track-mounted system and can be used to make both vertical and horizontal cuts
The track saw set-up can be deployed on steep inclined surfaces where a slab saw cannot be used safely. Wall sawing is typically specified to cut precise apertures through concrete or brick structures - for example openings for doorways, ventilation units, windows etc.
The Track Saw can even be used inverted if required and can tackle surfaces up to 24" deep indoors or outside. Where required, cutting can also be performed from both sides of the wall, increasing the effective cut depth to 48".
The wall sawing unit is highly portable and easily set-up by our trained operators
Typical Applications Include:
Straight, smooth finished openings in walls, ceilings and floors
Accurately sized, fixture ready openings
Bevel cutting
