  • Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically and includes device IP address, browser information, pages visited, timestamps and unique device identifiers.

How we use your data

  • Provide and maintain the Service
  • Manage user accounts and respond to enquiries
  • Fulfil contracts and follow-up communication
  • Provide news and information about similar services where you have consented
  • Analyse data and improve the Service

Sharing your Personal Data

We may share information with: service providers who support the Service, parties involved in business transfers, affiliates required to honour this Privacy Policy, business partners offering relevant products or services, and third parties with your explicit consent.

We use the following service providers: Google (Tag Manager, Analytics and Ads), LinkedIn (Insight Tag), Meta (Pixel) for analytics and advertising measurement, and Resend for delivering enquiry emails from our website form.

Retention

Personal Data is retained only as long as necessary for the stated purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for shorter periods, except where required for security or legal compliance.

Advertising and conversion measurement

We advertise our services on Google, LinkedIn and Meta (Facebook and Instagram). To understand which adverts work, our website uses measurement tools from each of these companies. They are used only where you have consented through our cookie settings.

Google Ads and Google Analytics

Google Ads measures when someone who clicked one of our adverts goes on to contact us. Google Analytics helps us understand how visitors use our website.

Enhanced conversions (Google Ads)

When you send us an enquiry through our website, we may share a securely hashed (one-way encrypted) version of your email address or telephone number with Google. Google uses this only to match your enquiry to an advert you may have clicked, so we can measure how effective our advertising is. The hashed data cannot be used to read your contact details, and Google does not use it for any other purpose.

LinkedIn Insight Tag

This lets us measure enquiries that come from our LinkedIn adverts and see anonymous, aggregated information about the professional audiences who visit our site (for example, industry or job function). It does not tell us who you are.

Meta Pixel

This lets us measure enquiries that come from our Facebook and Instagram adverts and show relevant adverts to people who have visited our site.

Campaign tracking

If you arrive at our site from one of our adverts or emails, we record the campaign details in the web address (such as the source and campaign name) alongside your enquiry, so we know which campaigns generate enquiries.

Your choices and consent mode

Our website uses Google Consent Mode, and our advertising tags respect the choices you make in our cookie banner:

  • If you accept advertising and analytics cookies, these tools may set cookies to measure advert clicks, website visits and enquiries.
  • If you decline, no advertising or analytics cookies are set. Google may still receive limited, cookieless signals (such as the fact that a page was visited, with no identifiers stored on your device). Google uses these only to produce aggregated, anonymous estimates of advertising performance.

You can change your choices at any time using the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.

Lawful basis

We use advertising and analytics cookies on the basis of your consent. We share hashed enquiry details with Google on the basis of our legitimate interest in measuring the effectiveness of our advertising. You can object at any time by contacting office@gnatuk.com.

International transfers

Google, LinkedIn and Meta may process data outside the UK, including in the United States, under appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the UK–US Data Bridge.
