Why Choose Wire Sawing?

Wire Sawing is one of the most versatile concrete cutting methods available. It excels in precision cutting for isolation works before demolition, effortlessly slicing through structural beams, reinforced masonry, and bulk concrete.

How does it Work?

A multi-stranded wire with diamond-impregnated beads is threaded through guide pulleys to form a loop around the cutting section.

Cutting Process: The wire loop, under continuous tension, is pulled at high speed (35m/s) by two 15kW electric motors, cutting through concrete and reinforcement with ease.

Efficiency: Can cut up to 8m² of material per hour, using water-cooled or dry methods to suit the application.
